A Review of by Zuura Sooronbaeva’s "Strange Man”

Analysis of literary works is of critical importance in revealing the implicit meanings and thematic depths in works. The work of Zuura Sooronbaeva, one of the pioneering female writers of Kyrgyz literature, "The Strange Man" is also noteworthy in this context. "The Strange Man", which has taken its place in popular culture with its TV adaptation and has been crowned with various awards, was inspired by real-life experiences.
"The Strange Man" is a valuable text for literary criticism and sociological studies in terms of conveying the complex relationships within family, love and society, and the solution strategies developed by people under difficult conditions through an original plot. This study examined the novel plot, character, technique, language and narration of "The Stranger". This research, which has a descriptive nature, was conducted using the document analysis method. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the problems within love, family and society were successfully presented in a simple language and with the inclusion of folk proverbs.
